Microsoft says taking ‘mitigation actions’ after service issues

Microsoft, the prominent technology corporation based in the United States, announced on Friday that it is implementing a series of “mitigation actions” in response to ongoing service disruptions affecting its platforms. In a detailed notice labeled “Service Degradation,” Microsoft informed its users that they “may be unable to access various Microsoft 365 apps and services,” underscoring the impact of the disruptions on the usability of its offerings.
